These terms apply to your use of petstrove.com and to purchases from Pets Trove LLC, a Montana limited liability company. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We sell accessories for cats and dogs. We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly. Always supervise your pet with toys and accessories and stop use if an item becomes damaged.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free on all orders. Online ordering and payment are not yet available; when they open, any applicable sales tax will be shown before you pay. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

Order acceptance

Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. Site content, including text, images and logos, belongs to Pets Trove and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
