Which pets are your products for?

Cats and dogs only. Each product page shows whether it's for dogs, cats or both.

Do you charge sales tax?

When ordering opens, any applicable sales tax will be shown before you pay.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email info@petstrove.com within 14 days of delivery, ideally with a photo, and we'll replace or refund it.
